At Erddig this weekend you will find plenty of exhibitors and samples to taste as you explore the region's culinary heritage. Learn new skills and dishes from cookery demonstrations with Wrexham's local celebrity chef, Dai Davies. Watch demonstrations on how 'food is made', focusing on food from the source.

The floodwater has washed away part of the banks of the River Clywedog at Sontley and revealed what appears to be the remains of an old brick building. Local speculation is that it may have been a mill that was originally thought to have been sited closer to Erddig Road. Local archeologists are investigating.
